Eventually, a warrant was executed and involved the search and seizure of multiple electronics and documents within our clients home. Our client was arrested, detained and charged under N.J.S.A. 2C:24-4.My office was contacted after the client was arrested and held in the County Jail pending the\u00a0detention hearing. After being retained by the client\u2019s family we were able to have him released from jail pending trial.
