The raid followed an investigation into drug activities being conducted there. During a search of the residence, they reportedly discovered heroin, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. Johnson was arrested and charged with heroin possession, possession of marijuana,\u00a0possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of CDS with intent to distribute. He was being held in the Burlington County Jail in Mount Holly after processing.Court records show Johnson has a prior criminal record that includes drug charges, as well as convictions for\u00a0robbery,\u00a0resisting arrest, and eluding. As for the current drug charges he is facing, those for possession of drugs with intent to distribute are the most serious. Under New Jersey law,\u00a0drug distribution\u00a0crimes are classified as indictable offenses, also known as felonies.
